Sales
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  We are committed to making every reasonable effort to insure that you will be pleased with your purchase for many years to come.  Full refunds are permitted within 10 days of purchase, some fees may apply (ask for details).  Store credit's may be issued up to 30 days from the purchase date.  Special order, custom order and special sale merchandise are not refundable or credited.  All merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original conditions, and where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact.

Repairs
Jewelry repairs are completed onsite in our manufacturing facility unless otherwise stated.  We warranty all jewelry work performed for 1 year unless otherwise stated.  This warranty is for the work performed only and does not include the replacement cost of lost diamonds and gemstones.  Watch repairs are warranted for 1 year.  Watches may be sent to the original manufacturer for factory repair, or to our qualified independent watch makers, depending on the customer's preference.
